Although I was never that athletic as a kid, as I got older and started to discover the gym, my passion ignited for training myself and also coaching others.

Ten years later, I am still at it, having experimented with a wide variety of sports (Powerlifting, CrossFit/Functional Fitness, Bodybuilding, Triathlons, Running, Rugby, and Gymnastics) and coaching many individuals, both in person and online.
​
My goal as a trainer is to reach as many people as possible and transform their bodies and minds, building positive habits that last a lifetime and embodying a glass-half-full approach to life.
In the process, I want to provide as much coaching knowledge as possible to help you better understand lifting.
